Get Fit for a Miracle
Take the Get Fit for a Miracle challenge. Research shows that it takes on average 66 days to create a new habit. So if you want to get fit or just want to raise money for young people take up our 66 day challenge. Choose your activity (cycling, running, swimming, walking, a fitness class or gym session, pilates a yoga class whatever takes your fancy) and decide how many times a week you are going to do it. We then help you fundraise with your friends and family with connectivity to social media and they then give you the morale boost you need to keep going until you have created your habit.
